DeepTrans software (hereinafter referred to as 'this application') is a multi-language translation tool provided by us to improve your business communication efficiency. We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users who use our services. In order to provide you with more accurate and practical services, this application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. However, this application will treat this information with high diligence and prudent obligations. This application will update this privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to this application's service use agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this privacy policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of this application's service use agreement. This privacy policy was formulated with full consideration of your needs. Device Information:We may receive and record device-related information of the device you use based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use (including IMEI, OAID, MAC, IDFA, UUID, Serial, SSID, device model, operating system and version, client version, device resolution, package name, device settings, processes and software lists, unique device identifiers, software and hardware characteristic information), device location-related information (including IP address, GPS location, and WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base station sensor information that can provide relevant information).
At the same time, in order to collect the above basic personal device information, we will apply for permission to access your device information. We collect this information to provide you with our basic services and basic functions. If you refuse to provide the above permissions, you may not be able to use our products and services.
Please note that individual device information and log information are information that cannot identify specific natural persons. If we combine this type of non-personal information with other information to identify specific natural persons, or combine it with personal information, then during the combined use period, this type of non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Except with your authorization or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information. During the combined use period, this information will be processed and protected as your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.
3. Problem Feedback:We may collect feedback questions you send to us, logs sent to server requests (depending on whether you choose to upload), phone numbers or email information you provide, so that we can better understand the problems you encounter.
(2) Situations where you can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information
When you use this service, the following system sensitive permissions related to personal information may be triggered. To enable you to better manage your information, we will simultaneously inform you of the purpose of using this permission when applying for permissions during product use, as well as the impact on your use of services if you do not enable this permission. The permissions we apply for will be consistent with the service functions provided. If our business functions are adjusted, the device permissions we apply for will also be adjusted accordingly. When we first call device permissions, we will separately prompt you whether to enable them and explain the purpose of the permission application. Please note that enabling these permissions means you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. Closing permissions means you cancel these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect your personal information and cannot provide you with the functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to close permissions will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.
(3) Non-personal Information
We may also collect other information that cannot identify specific individuals (i.e., information that does not belong to personal information), such as statistical data generated when you use specific services, such as device-related information, system version information, device environment information, software system information, device identifiers, operation behaviors (including clicks, page jumps, browsing time). 2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
1.This application and third-party service providers and business partners (for more details, please refer to 'How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information' below) use technologies such as Cookies, tags and scripts. Your information will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Your log information will be stored for 12 months: all server-side request logs.

For example, if there are outstanding installments, we cannot immediately support your request.

- We will not seek or attempt to seek to receive any personal information from minors.
